idk why i keep saying hi because i just made this blog so i have no followers but.. hi. just came from the gym, did a 5 minute fast walk on the treadmill, 12 minutes of running at 5mph. tryna build my endurance in running. i was feeling a bit lazy today (excuses excuses) and i just did half an hour on the stairmaster. added up pe class today + the gym + walking = about 500 cal burned. having dinner, barley, chicken, carrot, chicken broth. good day!
